Instruction to Use:
1. Place the knife sharpener on a stable, flat surface;
2. Place the blunt knife vertically into the appropriate sharpening card slot;
3. Gently move the knife in the same one direction 3--5 times.

Suitable for:
Stainless steel metal knives in the kitchen, fruit knives, straight edged steel knives, wide serrated knives (bread knives).

Cleaning Knife Sharpener:
Remove the head of the sharpener and wash it in water.
